On Monday, October 27, 2025, in the splendid setting of the Grand Hotel Billia in Saint-Vincent, the annual event dedicated to the enthronement of the new Disciples of Escoffier from the Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta Delegations took place.

A highly prestigious event, celebrating the gastronomic culture and legacy of the master **Georges Auguste Escoffier**, a key figure in modern cuisine.

For the Vascello d'Oro it was an **honor** to take part in this special occasion, sharing values, vision, and passion with colleagues and professionals who contribute every day to preserving and renewing the culinary tradition of our region.

Recalling the spirit of the initiative are Escoffier's immortal words:

**"Cooking will improve as society,** **without ever forgetting that it is an art.”**

A thought that continues to inspire our daily work and our idea of ​​hospitality.
