Beppe, Marco, Lidia and all the restaurant staff live this anniversary with enthusiasm and it is not uncommon to see them involved in dancing between the tables, celebrating with the customers, releasing that authentic joy of those who love their work, but certainly don't hold back if there is something to celebrate! ## An unmissable event 5 centuries of tradition: the **Carrù National Fat Ox Fair** has its roots in an immense wealth of traditions. Every year, **on the second Thursday before Christmas**, Carrù hosts an event that fills the town's squares and streets from early in the morning.
